CHB (http://christian-hosting.biz) has been a great success and webmasters everywhere has it bookmarked because of it's great reliable services that CHB offers, without any cost. Christian-Hosting.Biz has been giving out free ad-less hosting since 2004 (under another name) and now it's really sad to have to let it go. CHB offers free hosting (for Christian websites only), free email, and free web templates(no registration needed), all without any requirement of advertisements.

February just started so if you multiply the current stats by 3, you can get the average monthly visits, page views, or uniques. The only reason that January has so less stats is because it only started counting stats at the 15th of January. There was a server switch before that time.
Revenue:
$4 per month from text link/description advertisement (located on the bottom left section of each page)
$6 per month from banner advertisement (located on the top right section of every page)
~$10 per month from the "bannerboxes" advertisements (located on the bottom right section of every page)
I haven't really advertised the advertising plans so there are only 2 advertisers. You can find more and maybe use the PHPAdsNew script from Fantastico to get more advertisers using only one spot of the website.
Community:
The CHB community (http://christian-hosting.biz/forums) is getting very popular, very quickly. Seeing that I started the forums on the second of January, and there are already 16 members posting a total of 237 posts. Each and every one of these members are very active. The forum does not require registration to post so many guests posted on it too.
What comes with the sale:
-2 Domains - christian-hosting.biz(registered at Netfirms.com;PR3/PR2-PR3 subpages) and christian-hosting.info(registered at NamePros.com;PR0).
-Full Web Design - customly made just for CHB (I made it :)) with full .psd template. Cost me money to get it sliced into HTML format.

I only have http://christian-hosting.biz/banner1.gif in PSD format. All fonts included.
-Templates - http://christian-hositng.biz/design.html and http://christian-hositng.biz/design2.html have free templates that I've purchased and all have resell rights.
-Forums - I've paid for a few people to post on the forum to give it a jump start, and also is included a owned FlashBB license, which is just a kind of a package of skins in Flash format. It can be configured to go with vBulletin or phpBB. Very cool.
-Traffic - I've gotten the website submitted to over 100 webmaster directories, and over 25 special interest Christian directories. I also paid many people to have my site banner/link on their website. Here's a few websites with CHB's advertisement on them:

I am an admin here and it is my job to inform people before they get them selves into something.
I am sorry if I blew up your spot but the fact remains is if your ging to try and rip people off on this forum I am damn well going to make sure they know about it before they commit.
If they are dumb enough after that then go for it and its all yours.

being that you post count is 8 and mostly ad's pitching your product I can tell that you really do not care to contribute back to this forum.

I'm really sorry if I've been offensive or anything like that. I'd just like to sell my website asap  , nothing else. Again, sorry about everything, and at least I did get to sell it at the end. Maybe I should've made the auction start at a lower price, but it was afterall their choice to bid on it, which 3 people did at sitepoint.
