moreover can you check whether the chosen keywords are good

Try using the Google Keyword Suggestion tool to help you select the main keywords and find the value of your keywords to be used for your site's SEO.

I think that the person that can establish what keywords to you for your site is only you. You know the target of your site, the targeted audience, ecc

Google Adwords is the best tool for finding out keywords.You can find out the keywords that was the highest search volume with the lower
competition. With lower competition you've got more chance to be rank
more quickly. once you've done it use the keyphrases in your title tag,
description and meta keywords. Also use your keywords in your content.
Make them bold or link them to a page which called same name as phrase.

You must choice right and relevant keyword, because with relevant keyword is easy for google can index your'e websites faster ...
