I think if you are not too much over weight, control diet and exercise is best option, but for extra obessed this procedure really works

What are the risks of getting a bypass done? I am over 300 pounds and really can´t walk anymore, I have been thinking about working out but I am afraid that I might get leisures, and I feel so depressed because of my weight. Can someone tell me more about this?
