Hi all

How important are H1 & H2 tags to a web page and what information should be put next to the tags?
Also ive been advised that on my website i should have "no follow" rules from the home page to the terms and conditions page as im leaking page rank to the T&Cs page.
Is this right?
Any help would be appreciated.

h1 and h2 tags are one part of seo. So, its a very important. Nofollow links not helpful to increase the search engine ranking and pr. So, try Dofollow.
