Question is will Google penalise me for having so many similar pages even thou each page is unique and relevant for a user surfing each individual page, is it wise to noindex these pages, maybe just have 1 or 2 indexed only? or is more pages always better ��

Google won't penalize you for having many pages - it's nonsense otherwise it would penalize all shopping sites.

Google is not going to penalize you for lots of pages in the websites, but smiler pages in one website can cause some penalties use canonical tags for smiler pages.
