You might want to mention that the sole purpose of a landing page is to direct the potential customer to fill out a simple and easy form in order to collect data. This is usually in exchange for a free product or something that the customer will find of value, such as a white paper, free software demo, or perhaps a newsletter with informative tips. Just some thoughts...hope this helps.

Landing page is the presentation of the key elements which is visualized by the visitor. It is the summary of all the usual pages connected with product / services you are offering. Initially it should start with the thanks giving note for the responding of the visitors. It also consist of the crucial data with the promise of privacy.

A landing pages does help indeed in creating good conversion rate and everyone needs to have this on their SEO plan.
Sometimes because what we have in our homepage do not entice our reader that much so why not lead them to a direct page that we know they need most.
